Fifteen-plus years leading technology and operations across managed services, manufacturing, and enterprise environments, with a career built on owning outcomes rather than advising on them.

The through line: infrastructure, cloud, ERP, security, and AI run as one accountable operation. Leading a 12-month NetSuite to Epicor ERP migration, winning approval for a $21M infrastructure-modernization strategy, moving 200-plus workloads to Azure and colocation, and setting enterprise AI and cybersecurity strategy across 400-plus client environments.

Founding and profitably exiting a managed-services firm sharpened the discipline of scaling without adding headcount. My focus now: a permanent senior seat owning technology and operations for an organization that treats resilience as an operating standard.

SELECTED ENGAGEMENTS

Owned from first call to signature.

Sanitized for confidentiality: representative engagements showing full ownership of the deal, the relationship, and the recovery when it counted.

TECHNOLOGY MANUFACTURING
Full-cycle infrastructure win, $1M-plus
An inbound opportunity owned end to end. Proposal and solution built with my technical team, all negotiations led personally, and the contract closed under the client CEO's signature. Scope spanned an infrastructure overhaul, a cybersecurity audit, and internal and external penetration testing.
ORIGINATION TO CLOSE
AVIATION
At-risk account, back on track in 60 days
Equipment delays had stalled a major program. Direct client communication, hands-on relationship management, and coordinated technical resources restored it in roughly 60 days. The account then expanded with additional change-order work.
~60-DAY RECOVERY
CLEAN ENERGY
250,000 sq ft build, saved after a vendor failure
A new-facility build-out of infrastructure, fiber optics, networking, and safety and security systems. When a vendor's faulty fiber splicing put a critical run at risk, personal coordination of technical resources and hands-on work recovered the project in roughly 30 days, and the account grew with new opportunities.
